But while adding the bat to the sims kids, it seems like their eyelid had turned yellow. I hope the bug can be fix as soon as possible. Thanks.

It's eyelash texture overlap with baseball bat texture area. I think I already talked to you about the texture limited of Sims 4. We all share same texture template, it's can be always Glitch! It's normal! If you find it glitch, just simply select others version of Kijiko's eyelash.
There is the explanation of kijiko eyelashes is textured at rings area that same as the baseball bat was used. I hope this can help you more understand of how is sims 4 running.
